Can I order a plant that is not in stock?

Yes we can, however there may be a delay depending on where it get sourced from and we will do our best to source the plant for you before you make your purchase or we can suggest a substitute that will look great and suit your needs,

Can I request a quote first?

For plants and items we have in stock, simple add them to your cart, this will provide you with the cost for items you have selected.

If you are seeking specialty trees, shrubs or plants that are out of stock or not currently listed you can use the contact or quote request form to enter the items or attach a file to send us the plant species and qty you are after. You can also phone us and provide your email address so we can get back to you with your quote.

How long does it take to receive my plants?

In most cases once you have placed your order online we can arrange delivery the next day If you require delivery on a specific date let us know in the order notes during check out. You can also call us to confirm your order or add items for your gardening needs that you might have forgotten, You can check on delivery timeslots by phoning us after you place your order

How can I place an order for Plant delivery?

Place an online plant order

  1. Search the website for what we have available,
  2. Add the plants you want to order to your cart.
  3. Create an account at check out and register as a Horseshoe Bend Nursey customer.
  4. Finalise your order by including your Melbourne, Geelong or Ballarat delivery address at the checkout
  5. Select your payment option and send us your order.

Once we receive your order we will select the plants you have chosen and organise delivery for you.

Where do the plants I order online come from?

Horse Shoe Bend Nursey is located in Marshal Victoria 3217, Our garden centre nursey stocks the items available in our store and your online plant delivery can be be organised to drop off at a location near you in Ballarat, Geelong and also Melbourne.

Do I need to register to become a customer?

No, you don't need to register to become a Horsehoe Bend Nursery customer. However, if you create an account, you will be able to place your plant orders online, track your order and review past purchases. You can also receive updates on new botanical arrivals and special offers. We recommend registering so that you can take advantage of these benefits, but it's not required. Customers personal information is kept confidential but If you prefer not to register please call us to place an order over the phone.

Can customers visit the nursery?

YES ABSOLUTELY!
Our opening hours as followed:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Saturdays: 10am - 3pm
