Next, from the Account page (you should already be on the account page after logging out - go to the lost password section, under the log in form, enter your email address and click reset password,
if there is an account registered with that email address a reset email will be sent to you - and the following notification box will appear above the reset password box.
If the following notification box appears, Check that you entered your email address correctly, if you are certain the email address is correct, then it is likely the account has not been registered with that email address,
If the above notification appears - either
try a different email address or
sign up as a new customer with the email address you want to you. You can also
call or email us if you have any further issues.
